Chicago Consortium of Community Music Schools

The Chicago Consortium of Community Music Schools is a collaboration among community music schools located throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. The Consortium strives to increase opportunities for music study for all people in the Chicago area, improve the quality of music instruction through the sharing of best practices, and increase the awareness of the benefits of music study. Consortium member schools vary in course offerings, number of students and mission but are equally committed to improving the quality of life through the study of music.
